Now that they are 2, the girls are starting to talk more and it is always surprising to me how many words they know that I don't actually remember teaching them. Yesterday when we pulled into the driveway from being out, Ava quietly says to herself "Home". And after a brief pause, she adds with a smile "Daddy". I like the way she associates one with the other.

Speaking of Daddy, most of you know John is about to be one (again) and in a week and a half we find out if we're having a boy or a girl. Now is your chance to comment and let us know your prediciton...boy? or girl?

well, i've already told you my vote but i thought i would go ahead and make it official. i vote boy....because not very many people are actually lucky enough to have 3 girls.....and we all know boys are a problem! :) i mean i really will like your little boy if you have one! so there is my vote BOY, but pretty much i am going to be excited with either a boy or a girl....i can't wait to find out what you are having....i feel like continuing to write in here until you find out but that would be really long so i guess i will end now.

i think your going to have another girl.....since last time i guessed boys and i guessed wrong...i figured i'd say girl this time and see what happens!
